Artemis Fowl is a young-adult fantasy series novel by Eoin Colfer. It centers on Artemis Fowl II, a teenage criminal mastermind and his goal of the acquisition of money through a variety of often illegal schemes. So far, there are 7 books released and an 8th book that is expected to be out on 2011.

I just finished reading the 1st book and about to read the second one. Its really interesting and quite enjoyable for me because folklore is mix in it and I find it really entertaining imagining fairies with high-tech gadgets and centaurs that are genius com-programmers and inventors.
